Perform is FF’s new class built to take your training to the next level. It’s our answer to performance-based fitness BUT without the egos or “look at me” attitude.
This isn’t about fads or flashy workouts. Perform is about improving what really matters: your strength, speed, endurance, and overall performance.

The sessions are designed to challenge you at your pace, while keeping the atmosphere supportive and focused.
