Hello FF Members. My names Callum Ho. I’m pleased to say I’m the new Liaison here at your local gym Fitness Fraternity!
If you’ve been to the gym the past couple weeks you’ve probably seen me do these things already.

My goal is:
To create a tighter knit gym community and strive to move forward together respectfully and with passion.
To ensure everyone has the best possible experience stepping through and out those doors.
(I can’t promise this, if you have a brutal leg day and you’re leaving down the stairs)
Who am I?
I have been in the fitness industry since I was 11, starting off with martial arts and became a junior instructor. Since then, I’ve been sports instructor in air cadets, high school for students playing basketball.
For the past 5 years I dedicated myself in the gym starting off with bodybuilding and gaining mass, then found powerlifting but never competed.
With a 580kg Total. Squats 220kg, Bench 120kg, Deadlift 240kg.
Now I’ve committed to powerbuilding and calisthenics and I programme the odd rock climbing on the weekends.
I understand how intimidating the gym can be but here at Fitness Fraternity, you will find me, the happiest chap with a big smile on my face. (Unless I see unracked weights!)
If you don’t see me around, I’ll be at a cafe, partying hard or I’ll be on a sunny holiday.
Work Hard > Train Hard > Party Hard

Think of me as the mediator between you and the gym. Here’s how I can help:
Onboarding/Inductions: New to the gym? Let me show you around, provide you with a small PT session and show you how to use the equipment you need to shape your goals.
Goal Setting & Support: need help setting your goals? We can work together on smart goals. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Bound)
Connecting you: I will help you connect with likeminded people, with similar fitness goals, trainers, physios, new classes & social events.
Suggestions: Feel free to give me some feedback or any suggestions to help our gym become better every day.
Questions: Whether it’s about the gym, memberships, classes, inductions I’m your go 2 person.
