Summer holidays… six long weeks of juggling, shifting routines, and figuring out how to keep your kids off screens and out of trouble.

 

At Fitness Fraternity, we see this as more than just the quietest part of our gym calendar, we see it as an opportunity. An opportunity to do something meaningful. To lead by example.

 

That’s why we’re inviting all parents & guardians to bring their 12–15-year-olds to train alongside them, completely free, for the rest of the summer.

 

This isn’t a gimmick. It’s us doing what we believe in, building strong families, not just strong bodies.

 

We know how easy it is to drift apart from your kids in a world of TikTok, YouTube, and constant scrolling. Truth is that most parents want connection but don’t always know how to get it. This is your chance to show them the way.

 

How it works:

  • Children aged 12–15 train FREE with a parent or guardian who is a current member.

  • You’ll need to sign a waiver form at reception before their first session.

  • If your child isn’t ready to train, that’s fine too, they’re welcome to wait at the desk and soak up the atmosphere.

  • Who knows? Seeing real training, real discipline, and real community might just spark something in them.

 

This is not about building the next athlete. It’s about building memories. It’s about sharing a squat rack instead of just sharing a roof.

 

The gym is quiet this time of year. But for the right people, this is the perfect moment to try something that could make a lasting impact.
