Hey everyone! I'm Jade

I am thrilled to be your newest Member Liaison, ready to support you on your fitness journey every step of the way! Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out, I'm here to make sure you have the best experience possible. Don’t hesitate and say hello when you see me around the gym.

 

I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you. If you ever have any questions or just want to chat, my door is always open (downstairs room beside the stairs).

Whether it's about your workout routine, nutrition tips, or even just some friendly banter, I'm here for it all!


2024 is going to be an incredible year for us all as we conquer our health and fitness goals together. But before we dive into all the exciting stuff we have planned, let me tell you a bit about myself.

 

I've always had a passion for sports, fitness, and health. From competitive dancing since the age of three (yes, the very competitive/the biggest sore loser) to my current love affair with the gym. I've dedicated myself to understanding the science behind it all. After years of hard work and a few tears, I earned my BSc in Sports and Exercise Science in 2022. And now, I'm on a mission to expand my knowledge even further. Why? Because I'm committed to being the best support system, I can be for all of you! 

But what sets me apart is my decision to work in a gym setting rather than a more lab-based environment rooted in my sports science background. I've always believed that the real magic happens in the gym, where I can directly engage with individuals like you, providing personalised support and guidance every step of the way.

During my studies, I delved into a wide range of topics that I know will benefit you all, including nutrition, physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, strength and conditioning, and even extreme physiology. 

 

But, enough about me—let's talk about food!

Fun fact: I'm a self-proclaimed foodie through and through. Growing up in an Italian family, food has always been at the center of everything we do. Seriously, I haven't met a dish I didn't like! So, if you have any recommendations for new and weird foods I need to try, I'm all ears (and taste buds)!

Now, What I Can Offer You as your Member Liaison?

 

Guidance: With my background in Sports and Exercise Science, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. From understanding the intricacies of different workout techniques to providing personalised nutrition advice, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Motivation: We all have those days when motivation is running low. But fear not! I'm here to provide the pep talks, encouragement, and high-fives to keep you pushing toward your goals, even when the going gets tough.

Support: Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a newbie, I understand that everyone's journey is unique. That's why I'm here to offer personalised support tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we'll celebrate your successes and navigate any challenges that come our way.

Community: One of the best things about being part of a gym is the sense of community. I'm here to foster that sense of camaraderie by organising events, challenges, and social gatherings to bring us all together. After all, we're stronger together!

A Friend in Your Corner: Last but certainly not least, I'm here to be more than just your liaison—I'm here to be your friend. Whether you need someone to celebrate your victories with or lend a listening ear during challenging times, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
